1. Service and account.
Casvilo records construction and home information: projects, plans, photos, documents, diary, costs, devices, readings, dates, collaboration and exports. Provide accurate details, protect sign-in and upload only content you are entitled to use. The owner manages the project and invited users' access. Consider the effect on shared information when accepting invitations or removing access. The app does not replace professional inspections, project documentation or legally required construction-diary formalities.
2. Free and trial.
Free has the limits shown in the app. The initial offer includes one project, up to 35 gallery photos and 500 MB storage, together with other stated feature limits. The initial Premium offer includes five projects and 20 GB shared storage per owner's account. A separate subscription is not required for each device or invited collaborator. The available 14-day trial requires no card or paid order and is available once per account. Without a Premium purchase, Free applies when it ends and no payment is automatically taken.
3. Planned paid Premium.
Paid purchasing is not enabled yet. Planned prices are EUR 2.99 monthly or EUR 24.99 yearly. Once launched, paid Premium will start only after an explicit purchase and renew for the chosen period until renewal is turned off. The final price including applicable taxes, period, renewal date and renewal and cancellation rules will be shown before purchase. GoPay for the web, Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing for mobile versions are planned; payment through this website is not currently available.
4. End of Premium and export.
The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Ending Premium does not delete the account. Free limits apply, excess content may be restricted, and photos have a protected export period of at least 90 days. An already granted longer period will not be shortened. Automatic photo deletion is currently disabled. Any future removal will be announced in advance with an opportunity to export. Once paid plans launch, turning off ordinary renewal will leave purchased Premium active until the paid period ends; statutory withdrawal and remedies for defects are separate.
5. Withdrawal information.
A future consumer distance contract will be subject to the statutory right of withdrawal, generally within 14 days of conclusion. The free trial is separate. You can send a declaration to info@casvilo.com or by post to the operator’s address. An optional template is on the Withdrawal page. The online statutory withdrawal function and receipt confirmation must be available before online paid sales start; no paid contracts are currently concluded here. These statements do not limit any rights already granted by law.
6. Defects and disputes.
Report defects to info@casvilo.com with a description, account and order details if available. We acknowledge the report on a durable medium and explain next steps. Statutory digital-service remedies, including correction and, where applicable, a price reduction or termination, are not conditional on buying support. If a request for redress is rejected or unanswered for 30 days, eligible consumers may approach a competent alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Slovak Trade Inspection, www.soi.sk. Access to courts is preserved.
7. Content, availability and changes.
Your content remains yours; you grant only the permission needed to store, synchronise, share according to permissions and export it. Do not use the service unlawfully or compromise security. Protective action takes account of severity, includes an explanation where security and law allow, and preserves statutory rights. Export important data regularly; availability also depends on connectivity and devices. Technical, security or supplier changes may be necessary but do not override statutory remedies. Material changes or prices will be notified in advance on a durable medium together with the rights provided by law.
8. Account and applicable law.
Account deletion is separate from ending Premium and statutory withdrawal. Submitting a request cannot depend on buying a service. Slovak law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual country of residence or statutory jurisdiction rules. Non-excludable rights and liability remain unaffected.
Business, working documents and access
Business adds company jobs, people and roles, labour and material records, a price list, quotes, work reports and document handover. It includes separate allowances of 50 GB for the business and 20 GB of personal Home Premium storage. Recording hours and materials is optional. The owner controls permissions; customer access does not include internal rates or business costs. Reports and quotes do not replace accounting, tax invoices or professional inspection reports. The planned Business price is EUR 24.99 per month; this website does not conclude a paid order. Consumer provisions apply to business use only to the extent required by law.
