Sign in at app.casvilo.com. In Profile, open “Account deletion”, confirm your email, current password and consequences, and submit the request. The website works without installing the app. You can cancel in Profile before processing begins; afterwards you are signed out and deletion cannot be undone. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Sign-in, profile, owned projects, files and personal contributions are removed within the applicable scope. Collaborators lose access to your projects. Copies already owned by another account and legally retained records may remain; personal-data rights relating to them continue. Export needed information first. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate: also manage Apple/Google subscriptions in the store.
