People and permissions
Invite colleagues, assign them to jobs and decide who can view or edit data. Access to internal costs and rates follows the assigned permissions.
Working hours without mandatory timesheets
Workers manually enter the date, job, activity and hours. The owner sees breakdowns by person, month and job. The feature is visible, but using it is optional.
Materials, quantities and costs
Record materials used, units, quantities and prices. Your business price list helps with future entries, while the overview shows material and labour costs for each job.
Quotes and reports for a chosen period
Prepare a quote or work report from recorded labour and materials. Choose a date range, job or worker and create a document for handover or export.
Coordinate directly in the app
Private and group conversations for selected people. Encrypted messages complement collaboration on plans and tasks; notifications depend on device permissions.
Your customer in the same project
Join an owner's project by invitation or share selected parts of a job with your customer. Customer access does not expose internal rates or business costs.
Completed work comes with its records
Hand over photos, plans, inspection reports and other documents. The recipient accepts the invitation and receives a separate copy, without needing paid Premium. Photos above the Free allowance have a grace period of at least 90 days.

Is recording hours and materials mandatory?
No. The features are visible from the start, but you use only what helps. Projects, plans, photos and collaboration work without timesheets.
What can customers and workers see?
Access follows roles and job settings. Customers cannot access internal rates or business costs. The owner manages members, sharing and permissions.
Is a work report also an invoice?
Work reports, quotes and exports are working documents. They do not replace accounting, tax invoices or professional inspection reports.
